Unless stated otherwise, all materials in VIVIDESK™, VIVIDESK™ Surveyor , VIVIDESK™ Inventory web pages, documents, or databases are protected by copyright. VIVIDESKTM proprietary materials are not to be captured, downloaded, copied or altered without the permission of the copyright holders. There are two types of intellectual property, which may be owned separately:

Content layer: copyright for the actual content of databases is held by the information providers, who are credited from the home page and software application icons or abstracts.

Software and relationships layer: copyright for the software, system design, structuring, formatting, layout, hypertext, links, presentation, summarization, and custom Internet procedures is held by the Centre for Health Evidence (CHE) unless stated otherwise. Copyrights to software code may be licensed from or to other authors. The VIVIDESK™ technology supporting Internet desktops is licensed from VIVIDESK Global (Ltd).

Permission is granted to view the Desktop contents on personal computers for private use. The contained or linked software, documents and their associated electronic files cannot be mirrored, redistributed, or sold without specific permission from the copyright holders of the document content and relationships layers.
